Hope you remember me, I was with Jamie at the board games night recently - the name's Joshua Roberts.
I had a read of your analysis of the Da Vinci Code, congratulations on a well put together article. Nonetheless I do have some disagreements and issues with some of the claims you have put forward in response to claims made in the Da Vinci Code. If we catch up again we should have a chat about it - should be interesting.

Yes, you have remembered well - History and Study of Religion are my (supposed) areas of expertise.
As you say disagreement (in the academic sense) is good, it helps to drive forward both personal and general knowledge and understanding.
That you have such an approach suggests to me that we could have some challenging and intriguing conversations, either in person or on our respective blogs.
I shall also look forward to it...
